My Honest ISP... yeah RIGHT~!

i think my webhost is being pretty dodgy, you see, I have a 2GB limit. I know, not much right, but SRSLY… do you think without downloading anything you could get to 2GB within 10 days? All I downloaded was Pidgin… that’s IT! Maybe edited a little PHP within a browser window but that’s ridiculous. I’ve had nothing but issues with these guys. They’re really beginning to get on my nerves with the way they behave, their support structure and most importantly… the DOWN TIME! How’s this… wireless broadband (which has the phone plugged into it) that cuts out everytime a phone call comes in. I mean SRSLY! LET’S CUT THE BROADBAND DIAL-UP RELATIONSHIP HERE, OPT-ARSE! You’re really making me sick and tired with your product and stupid pricing structure, particularly with the dishonest way your sales people acted in order to get their sale. When someone says mobile/cell phone calls are included and unlimited would you assume… from that statement… that it would mean mobile/cell numbers on ALL networks? I would assume that. But there we go… assuming and ass out of u and me thing, right? Whatever happened to the day where there was both customer and company loyalty shared across through the medium of purchasing a product and getting what you paid for? There’s no consumer loyalty because there’s is no brand loyalty TO the consumer. You can’t expect something without giving something in return, right? So why don’t companies concentrate on supplying a better product… because a better product means happy customer and happy customer means better sales via WORD OF MOUTH! Opt-ARSE… when my contract ends… probably when my cold, dead body rots within the confines of a coffin… but WHEN it ends you can bet I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and you can stick you wireless DIAL-UP right where the sun don’t shine.
